Are my fingers deformed?!

Question: on my left hand: ring finger longer than index
on my right hand: ring finger and index the same length...

Answers: on my left hand: ring finger longer than index
on my right hand: ring finger and index the same length...

Not deformed at all, especially if you are a woman. (though, even if you are a man, it wouldn't be terribly uncommon either) In fact, very common and I would bet almost everybody has some degree difference in ring finger length or another.

When the hands develope in the womb, it is believed that the ring finger grows depending on how much testosterone the fetus is introduced to. So it's incredibly normal to have different sized ring fingers.

Not at all deformed, it's more common than you think :)

Have heard that often this is a result from over-production of testosterone when you are in your mothers womb.

However this report states that it is higher levels of androgen produced in the womb. Here is the link, don't take the 'sexuality' part of the report to heart as it's just a common trait http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/6951...
