If you are taking furosamide for cardiomegaly and the resultant fluid retention caused by heart failure, it is essential that you continue them.

Homeopathic preparations are unfortunately useless and there effects have been shown to be no greater than placebo. Attempting to use them to replace potent loop diuretics with inactive preparations would in these circumstances be quite dangerous.

nope but sure don't take them and let the fluid build up in your lungs so you eventually drown

you have been given them for a reason, they have risks and benefits , you read a small blurb of side effects and all of a sudden you think you know more than those medical professionals that treat you,

There probably is a homeopathic remedy for water retention, but you must consult a certified homeopath to find out what it is. Don't look it up on the internet. You'll get an answer, but it may not be the correct answer.

Be very careful about discontinuing your Lasix (Ferosimide). You could die if you stop taking it. Also ask your doctor about putting you on a different kind of water retention medication. There are others.
