yes-either way-when u swallow, the pill has to go all the way thru the digestive tract b4 it's in your bloodstream--under your tongue (sublingual) it will absorb into your system right then and there, so it works faster :-)
i would just swallow it. i never heard of under the tongue. That does have a horrible taste
Sublingual medications (those you put under your tongue) get into your system much faster then those you swallow. Your doctor has given you medication to help stop your attacks quickly so that you can feel better faster.

i have the same medication ,this one nurse said she just put half of it under her tongue and the set she swallowed.i tryed and it helped so do whatever you think is best.
