HELP! Do you have a problem with your body?!

Question: Well, I do. I'm very young and had a child very young. Now, my body is a complete wreck. Before the pregnancy, I was 115 lbs, very active and toned, and loved my body! Now post-baby, I absolutely hate my body. I'm now 150 lbs and hate to look in the mirror. And thats not the worst part. I have the worst stretch marks you could imagine. They cover my entire stomach and they look awful. Not to mention the stretch marks on my butt, legs, hips, thighs, and breasts...Ladies plz help me! What can I do? I'm dieting and excersing and starting to lose some of the weight but these stretch marks and the flabby skin that comes with them just won't go away. I'm not considering surgery becuz I plan on having more kids in the future. So what are some other things I can do to feel better about my body and to feel better about myself?

Well, I'm here to tell you that It's normal! Ppl have such a problem with it because they look at the TV starts after they have there ababies and they look like they never had a baby. Well, you know they have plastic surgery right after their delivery right. So, for a normal human being with real life issues you're going to have stretch marks. You know what my mother used to tell me. God put those there to remind you that you are a mother now. You got your mommy marks! HAHA Unfortunately there is really nothing you can do. I had my second( and final one) a few months ago and I know how you feel. But, I promise eventaully the strech marks with kind-of go away. I waited almost two years before I had another one and my stretch marks where still there, but less visable. I have tried every potion and lotion thing out there hopeing it will get rid of stretch marks. NOTHING WORKS except surgery. So don't worry you're not alone almost every women gets thems. Don't be hard on yourself. It will get better as the years go on. Don't get frusturated about the weight either it takes times, but it will come off just stick with it and you will see results. Congrats by the way!

That's what happens to your body after you have a kid. Ask any mother. I'd say get used to it, especially if you want more.

vitamin E and cocoa butter help reduce scars and stretch marks. But first and most important you have to keep your head up. Was it worth it for stretch marks to have your baby? I bet you wouldnt given th em up for the world.
Good Luck, motherhood is great!

i don't know from experience but i can suggest some things...
Bio Oil is very good for the skin and i think will work well for your stretch marks.. i would say stick with your exercising and eat lots of fruit, veg, nuts, beans and pulses..

I also heard that drinking milk helps to alleviate the flabbiness and excess skin that comes with losing weight. Not sure how, but I had belonged to Weight Watchers and that is where I heard it.

Its normal symptoms! Don't worry too much. I can tell that you love kids! Raise your confidence level. Not many people will be able to see the stretch marks anyway(: Good luck and say hi to your child for me. God Bless.

The most important thing is to love yourself.. fat or skinny..
If you want to work out , join a gym, get a workout partner... go for walks do small sprints of sit ups all day 10 min here and there...
eat healither.. take kids or dogs on walks... skip the car if u can walk there... go up and down your stairs.

I was 125 for a long time.. then I balooned to 150 and a size 9... geez i got tons of size 5 on my rack.. but I never did get back there LOL...
Just be happy and confident!

Acceptance is the first step. I'm a mother too. All that body change happens to everyone and some more as well. Be grateful that you didn't become diabetic or enemic afterwards. Weight is a mental stuggle that is easily managed once given the proper tools. If you are not nursing then a great way to lose that weight as well as feel energized is to do an internal body cleanse. There are many out there to try ranging in different price zones. A good source is also the LIver Diet book. It explains how we should eat to help keep our livers clean.
Good luck!

Get some intensive exercise at least 5 days a week including moderate weight training, cut out starches and red meat, start a vitamin regiment, use some good skin products. If you're young, the flabby skin will eventually tone up again somewhat.
