Aloe products that smell nice usually won't hurt anything if placed inside the nostril but It will do little good to aid a sinus condition,
If your doctor agrees that you have sinusitis, he/she will prescribe a decongestant to decrease fluid behind the eyes (sinus area). There is also some decent nasal sprays he/she may prescribe but the main thing is don't let it go and develop into an infection.
Over the counter sprays may help but don't over use them for they can burn the mucous membranes in your nasal canal.
I wish you well.

consult your doctor immediately.. do not ignore,,

what???? No i don't think so .
Least u can do is consult a pharmacist.

Hmm never heard of that, did you try running hot water and putting a towel over the faucet and sticking your head under the towel to get the heat?

I'm sure aloe is fine if you just like put in on a q tip and rub it on the inside of your nose! Try neosporin also that keeps colds from entering your sinus passages and getting you sicker

yes you can...aloe vera has actually been made into a drink for healthy being...as long as its straight aloe vera i couldnt see it harming!

I use vicks. Its amazing.

no buy some vicks tissue plus lotion....dey are soo good to da nose

&& see a doct...dont put lotion up ya nose...buy tissue wit lotion on it

Me too!

I use a saline spray and I put a little vaseline in the very beginning part of my nostrils (not way up). That's what I do, but I would definately ask a doctor or pharmacist.

Good luck!

Added: For those who said 'Vicks' -- it says right on the container NOT TO PUT IN NOSE. Under the nose or just outside the nose, now that's okay.
...

In your display pic it looks like you're about to sneeze lol but anyway i kinda have the same thing, try using nasal spray,go to the doctor and they can prescribe you a stronger nasal spray medication which should do the trick!

No. I do not prescribe Aloe Vera for nasal condition . There are specific medicines. Why do you want to use it and what is your problem ?
