?I'm scared...?!
Question: This started two days ago.
All of a sudden, my head started to hurt. It was like it
stemmed from my nose to my temple, to the back of
my head. It felt like how it feels when water goes in your
nose too fast. It only lasts for like a few seconds o_o
I do have sinus/allergy issues, but I'm scared that it's a
stroke or something. I'm having no other symptoms.

You didn't have a stroke. The same thing happens to me. It is a sinus headache. It may not seem like it is because you are not sick or nasaly but it's from your sinuses. When it happens to me my had hurts so bad that I can't even lay my head on a pilla. Try something like Sudafed and see if that works..good luck!!
Sounds like sinus. If it continues, tell your folks and go to the doctor, but I wouldn't worry overmuch.
