Please help! Horrible pain!?!

Question: Hi everyone. Ok so I have had a lot of UTIs in the past but i am a little confused....I am peeing A LOT it feels like i need to go 24/7 and when I go theres only a little pee and pressure. I dont have a smell to the urine and i am having cramping about where my bladder and uterus are. It kinda feels like period cramps (ITS NOT MY PERIOD THOUGH)

So does this sound like one? cause I have slightly different symptoms. Also is the cramping pain something serious if it is a UTI?

Im not pregnant and please dont tell me to drink cranberry juice. It feels like my lower stomach/uterus is being ripped from me inside my body

Unfortunately your symptoms could be due to a lot of different things. A bladder infection, a kidney infection could be the source. There could also be a torsed ovary or any number of things. None of this can be diagnosed over the internet. You really need to see a physician and get this worked up.

Time to see your friendly neighborhood urologist. Sounds like you have an infection.

Go to the Gynecologist. It may sound that you have something wrong with the uterus. Pressure in that area can mean you may have some kind of obstruction or infection inside. Just explain the problem and they will do a sonogram and a pelvic, and pap smear on you to really check you out.

sounds like Cystitis...go to your doc

Sincerely,
Doc

go see your doctor you may have pelvic inflammatory disease, they treat it with antibiotics

something may have ruptured. any time you have horrible abdominal pain go to the ER. you may have a ruptured uterus stomach bladder small or large intestine or appendix. the ER will fix it. good luckz

It sounds like a UTI, and you need to go to your doctor as you can only cause more damage by letting this go - Ural sachets to put into water and drink are very helpful I've found - available from pharmacies. Very pleasant tasting as well.

Along with the suggestions of UTI - Kidney infections - Uterine\ovarian issues, which can all end up being very serious if neglected....

It might be worth checking into irritable bowel syndrome, passing a stone (kidney or bladder) and so on.

But a medical profession is the one you should seek.
not the huddled masses who can present themselves as anything they want to ... no offense meant!

Randomly for about a week, I had those EXACT same symptoms. The only difference was I've never had a UTI before, and I went to the doctor and they tested me and it wasn't one. Then just randomly one day it went away. Also, when I stood up, it would feel like I didn't have to go anymore. It was soo weird.

Sorry I'm no help, I just decided to say that because it sounds like you have the same symptoms and maybe it will go away on it's own like mine?

I would see doctor though.
