Well its probably from eating something that causes gas. Heart burn isnt really a heart burn its stomach acid climbing up your esophagus. You should be fine unless your are sweating or have had heart problems before.
There is not much of a chance that it is a heart attack. It could be heart burn. It could be an injury or a strain that you didn't notice when it happened. If it gets worse when you breathe in deep or press on it then it is more likely an injury of some kind. Lift your arm up and see if it gets worse then... again an injury. Did you eat something spicy? Do you have a lot of stress right now? I
