Osgood schlatter anyone? disease of the knee....help?!
Question: i have this wierd bump thing directly below the knee cap, I know what it is -Osgood Schlatter- its a disease of the knee...its supposed to be quite common...its supposed to be a result of rapid growth....wel, girls usually lose their bumps and the pain at age 11....im 15....do i see a problem here? YES....does anyone else have or ever had this? and how to i get rid of it? If i still have it as an adult I will have to have surgury on it....and i dont want that...so.....ya

Osgood Schollterus is the medical term for "water on
the knee". It can be pretty painful and uncomfortable.
You should see your Doctor. S/he might be able to
withdraw some of the fluid that has collected on your
knee.
It's not all that uncommon, I had it at your age.
