I am really sick i think i have the flu...?!

Question: can u give me some tips please?

Answers: can u give me some tips please?

The best remedy I've ever found is called Oscillococcinum. It's a homeopathic remedy that works so well it is now found nearly everywhere and not just health food stores anymore. I've found it at most drug stores and grocery stores that have pharmacies. (It's with the other over-the-counter flu/cold remedies.)

If you take it at the first symptom, it usually only takes one dose to knock it out. The most I've had to take is three doses, and that's when I didn't have any on hand and couldn't get any for a couple of days. The best part is that it heals with absolutely no side effects at all. I now keep some in the house at all times. It's too valuable not to have on hand.

Hope you get well soon!

Get plenty of rest and drink plenty of fluids. Hope you get well soon.

go to web md

Rest, lots of fluids, and over the counter meds to treat the symptoms. Tylenol or Motrin for fever and aches, cold and cough meds for runny/stuffy nose, coughs, or congestion. Be sure to check labels, many of the over the counter cold meds contain Tylenol or Motrin (acetaminophen or ibuprofen) don't take these separately if the cold medicine already contains it. It is possible to overdose on Tylenol which can cause serious liver damage. It is also possible to overdose on Motrin which can cause bleeding ulcers.

go to doc and let him prescribe some med. you will get over it quicker. it could turn to something else.

Fluids, fluids, fluids....Sleep, sleep, sleep.
You need to flush out whatever's in your system that's making you sick.
Water, 100% pure orange juice, HOMEMADE chicken broth with ginger.
Don't just rest, SLEEP!
NYQUIL helps with that part a whole lot!
Get better soon.

Drink plenty of water
Take your meds like they recommend on the box (skipping will only cause you to feel bad again after its worn off)
If your fighting a fever, try not to stay to bundled up in the blankets the extra heat is not good for your body even tho you might have the chills.
Eat something...crackers, plain yogurt, soup. Avoid foods that are spicy or may upset the stomach. Eat only what you can.
If your not staying hydrated enough you are going to want something like pedalite its normally for small kids with diarrhea but its great for adults too because of the electrolytes. Those will help your body hydrate faster and stay there longer. Avoid coughing more than you need to, this will make your thoat sore again and then you could end up hurting your ribs by coughing to much.
Try some Vicks on your chest and sleep with your body propped up in bed if you need too!
Feel better soon!

#1- don't breath on me.
#2- Plenty of fluids
#3- take some medicine, Tylenol or theraflu work for me
#4- Sleep.

If it's not getting better in a day or so, replace step#3
with whiskey and aspirin. That will also help you with step #4.
If all else fails, see a doctor.

well if you think you are sick eat some soap and stay in bed.

Drink plenty of fluids to help you fight it off.
I always drink chicken broth, steaming hot, from a mug. I really think it works.
Oh yeah, I always put a scarf around my neck too, only because that's what my mom used to do for me,lol
