There is no cure for it but it can be helped. You need to see a dermatologist for medications.
If you want to go a natural way try MSM cream with a couple of drops of tea tree oil.
Unusual places to have psoriasis most common places over the knees and elbows but can in theory affect any part of the body. Try a sun lamp but be verycareful these are dangerous if not used correctly. Also get the GP to make an appointment for you with a dermatologist.
