Why do I get pimples on my elbows?!?!?!
Question: Every once in awhile my elbow starts to hurt and when I look, I notice a tiny pimple. This started about 6 months ago, I have no idea why?? could I be leaning against too many dirty surfaces with my elbows?

You need to exfoliate and treat this problem with a lactic, salicylic or glycolic acid based exfoliator (scrub form works best for the body). I had the same problem, it is usually due to tiny ingrown hairs or a collection of dead skin cells and bacteria. Exfoliating areas like the back of your arms and legs will help keep those little painful bumps away, and using one of those acid based products should help treat them.
these are not pimples they are hives . mostly likely due to stress . i get them they hurt when u put your elbow on a surface. i don't know how to get rid of them they just go away after a couple days.

They arent pimples...You may be leaning on elbows a lot and
though seldum seen there are tiny hairs on your elbows...so to prevent this..when you shower/bathe exfoliate your elbows as you would your feet.....and it will resolve it's self....
