If I use lotion when I have acne will it make it worse?!

As long as the lotions are noncomedogenic (oils, lotions, and skin creams that do not block pores), then you should be fine. Make sure to read the label. Also, I highly recommend Cetaphil? Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15. Its excellent moisturizing dry skin.
Philosphy's "Hope In A Bottle" works really well. I never used any kind of lotion on my skin because they made me break out. This product really works.
