Question: He has been inflicted with Hiv for almost 18 years, and still going strong and not slowing down, i am curious because i heard there is no cure for Hiv, and usually people inflicted by it get aids within 8-9 years even under medication, so i was wondering what makes magic case special? I havent heard of anyone is immune to hiv?

He isn't immune to HIV and he doesn't have the "cure" for HIV/AIDS.
He IS rich enough to have multiple blood transfusions. Because he has had so many blood transfusions; his HIV is no longer detectable in his blood, but that doesn't mean he isn't HIV+...it's simply not progressing. The medications that he can afford slows down the progress, and combined with the blood transfusions, it has transgressed somewhat.
Rich people have the cure for aids. The money is not in the cure its in the treatment.
What the other guy was saying is true. The rich do have the money to get cured or nearly cured. Who knows if there is anything that keeps you immune from diseases but I do believe that governments know more about these things than we do but choose not to let the public know. No one really even knows where aids has come from and it's a relatively new disease. some suspect the government has created Aids which I wouldn't be surprised about
