hard to say, do you mean natural pigment, or artificial pigment?

depends on waht pigment - freckles and sun damage - you can use fade out but if you go in sun they will come back
Not good for skin either
My friend has michael jackson skin condition so has lost large areas of pigment on face, body, hands etc. GP said due to liver problems adn maybe dose of sunburn triggered it to start.
Ask your doctor, but I'm pretty sure there are some drugs now that inhibit melanocytes (cells that produce skin pigment), and there are also some that directly reduce the amount of melanin (pigment).
This would take a few months to really work though, since there are multiple layers to the skin which are already full of pigment, and because of environmental factors that often trigger melanocytes.
