Yeah, go ahead and go to the emergency room and tell them that.... you will be kept for a 72 hour hold.... and they can treat the real issue here....

Drink lots of water to flush it out.

your body shall handle it for you , just relax ^_^ ,
shouldn't it , the worst that could happen say you will throw it up or if it is not irritant maybe go out with stool
so just relax

ps
believing that something bad was put in your food may make you feel symptoms that arent real, relax and enjoy your food, no one is trying to harm you :)

You can go to the Emergency Room and get your stomach pumped and get medication to detox your body. As you write this question I know you're not dead. Any foreign object will make you ill in 5 sec to 20 minutes. If you're worried of the long term effects the only option is going to the ER ASAP or seek medical attention through your doctor. I feel you may be developing what we call OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) which in term means you fear contamination. It's okay millions of people experience that throughout the world. I have OCD. I would think bad thoughts that someone was trying to make me sick. Here's a rule of thumb which I learned from the Poison Control Center that it takes 20 seconds for any thing to show up on your skin like a rash, burns or bubbles on your skin to have an allergic reaction from any chemicals ingested. As I can tell none of this happened. I feel what you may had experience is Anxiety. When you have an Anxiety attack your entire body feels itchy or weird. Next time you get a fear just remember to breath and if in doubt go to the nearest Emergency room not here to Yahoo Answer.
