put some vasaline on it to keep it warm.....

dont go outside especially in this weather, if its an allergic reaction which i doubt talk to ur doc, but its prably just a cold u can fix @ CVS

Use a breathing mask or wear a nose mitten. No kidding I used to knit them for friends and I still wear mine if I have to be out shoveling or hauling wood for the stove. A little funny in public but your nose will be comfortable.
