Is it a pimple?!

Question: ok please dont be grossed out. About 4-5 years ago this large pimple (or thats what i thought it was) formed on my back. I attempted to squeeze and a large amount of pus cam out (see, pretty gross). anyways the bump never went away. i tried squeezing it a few times but nothing ever came out. Recently i tried again and there has been pus coming out again! Ive tried about 10 times in the last 2 days and its like a never-ending supply of pus (eww i know). The bump is getting smaller and smaller too! Is it possible that i have had a pimple for 5 years or is this something else? its still a tiny bump at the moment but it looks like it should be gone soon. Any ideas???

also, the pus has this wierd odor.

It could be a sebaceous cyst. In which case, you really don't want to pop it as it can get infected. You can put a heating pad on it for 15 minutes, twice a day, for 10 days, and it should go away.

i have the same problem, but it was on my foot. i forget what it is called, but it was especially painful because i was making it worse by walking on it. go to the skin doctor
(dermotogogist [sp?]), and they can give you a creme to help! good luck, and feel better!
