What caused this?!
Question: It happened a few years ago, maybe when I was in first or second grade. But one day I was eating and all of a sudden I couldn't swallow. It was only with food. I could swallow drinks fine. Like, it wouldn't go down my throat. After I took some medicine I was better and could swallow food again. Does anyone know what might've caused this?

It may have been muscular/spasmodic activity.
You were probably allergic to the food, so you couldnt swallow.
that happens....things that you're allergic to can cause your throat to close up.
It s probablty because your FULL. Stop eating.
It sounds like it could be a food allergy and you were having an allergic reaction to what you were eating. Then again, I think I've had what you are describing, and it's very uncomfortable and I have to stop eating for a minute. It's happened to me with McDonalds french fries of all things!
a type of throat tightning,,staying hydrated can help,, but a good nose and throat doc, can exsplain better
You probaly had an anxiety attack or a conversion disorder since it was reversible quite quickly. Try to remember if you had some problems or was tense and stress out during that time. If it persists still, then you have to see a doctor otherwise try to be less anxious and enjoy life.
