you could have a type or 'worms', like ringworm or something.
Head down to your chemist/pharmacist and ask them to have a look, over the counter treatments should work if this is the case, if not they can advise you whether you need to see doctor or not
Get some Tinactin or Lotremin cream from the drugstore. Follow the directions on the box.
