How long will I be contagious with Norovirus?!

Question: I know its something like 72 hours after you last puked/had diarrhea...but its kind of iffy. I'm reading that it can be longer than the 72 hours. I just caught it yesterday afternoon and am just about recovered. I haven't puked for a good 12 hours and my stool is becoming more solid.

Basically I'm wondering when I would be safe to go to see my boyfriend without passing this hell onto him.

Everything I've been reading about how contagious it is is kind of vague.

chances are...if you saw him in the 24-48 hours before you came down with it...it won't be long before he comes down with it too. The germs can live for 3 days on most surfaces so if you were together doing anything, he'll more than likely get it, too. I keep hand sanitizer in my purse for this reason...my whole family got it and it was awful!! Hope you're feeling 100% soon!! I feel your pain.

According to the government site, the norovirus can be contagious for up to 2 weeks.
