What are the dangers of passive smoking?!

Your risks of all smoking related diseases is significantly increased, hence the ban! this includes heart disease, lung cancer and bronchitis. Of course this increase though important is nowhere near as extreme as in active smokers.
Far less than the smokers themselves.
well the same as a smoker...very bad lung desise cancer the lot some say its even worse as when you smoke you dont have a filter on the end so i would ask your freinds not to smoke around you
passive smoking dangers are pretty much the same as smoking yourself.
Look at Roy Castle, he never smoked in his life but contracted lung cancer from working in the smoky clubs!
Just ask your friend not to do it near you, or open the door and point outside when they reach for the lighter! If they are a true friend they will be OK about it!

I am 54 years old now and had smoked for almost 40 years and it sure took it's toll. I got fat and lazy (huffed and puffed after only walking up two-flights of stairs) and then I contracted diabetes. I quit about 6 years ago. I am 5'9" and weighed 255 pounds. I am now at 185 pounds and have not been in better shape since I was in my thirties. I have been living with my girlfriend for the past 3 years and she smoked for the first two years of our relationship. I felt no ill effects from her smoking. I suspect the fanatic anti-smokers would like us to believe that the danger from passive smoking is as great as being a smoker yourself, but from personal experience I know that is pure B.S.
I am an anti-smoker, but not a fanatic about. However, I do believe the government should just simply buy out all the tobacco growers and outlaw the cultivation of tobacco. It is more addictive than heroin and the tobacco companies know it. However, until it's cultivation is outlawed in this country people will continue to use it. Marijuana use in my mind is much less harmful although very heavy use of course can also cause respiratory problems.
None. It's superstitious claptrap put out by the spiteful, wrinkled cows in ASH who don't happen to like the smell. We smokers have to put up with their halitosis.
