Back acne...?!
Question: I have really bad spots on my back. When i feel my back with my hand its all spotty and I cant help but pick them! ..Anyways I looked at it in the mirror the other day and not only do I have spots but scars too. Its really disgusting, what do I do?
..Im a bit embarassed to go to the doctors its that gross and some places where ive picked it has scabs and stuff! (eww I know)

I had this for years its just one of those things, i started getting in my teens and lost when i turned 21, im nearly 23 and i only occasionally get them now, docs can give you pills to get rid of acne, but they work on very few peeps :s
Lubriderm has a acne soap
Wash your sheets weekly at a high temperature and iron them always. Use a non allergic detergent.
try proactive
you need to have a crystal clear microdermabrasion treatment it uses a vacumn suction andd abrasive crystals to remove the spots and this will also help to buff down the acne scarring.

Don't be imbarassed about going to the doctor, what do you think he/she is going to say " oh my god look at your back it disgusting" it's something they see day in day out.
Get yourself there and before you know it you'll have some medication for your acne and a clear acne free back!
put e45 on it. if it doesnt work see your doctor
