I really don't think the gums out there helps to stop smoking. Never heard of or know of anyone that had success with the gum.
You can tell your aunt if she really wants to stop smoking to ask her doctor for a prescription for Chantix. I know of people that has smoked 2-3 packs a day for over 30-40 years & these pills worked for them.

Any of the major brands with nicotene in them or some people find that ordinary gum helps just as much and tastes a lot better. An element of willpower is going to be needed though, she will have to want to give up.
my husband gave up smoking 5 years ago now and all he used was packets of mints called "smint". they are just normal mints like your average polo!! just a bit stronger
no gums work.you just have to have a strong desire to want to quit.i did it took me about three weeks to finally not want to smoke anymore.you have to have control over your mind it;s called will power.
she has to want to stop,not because you want her too,all these stop smoking aids don't stop you thinking about fags,it takes a good 3 months to get it out of your system,its not easy its hard determination,iv been stopped over a year,i smoked 20 a day for over 30 years.
