What subtance is substitute in gall bladder/operated and remove gall bladder?!

Question: Your liver still produces bile.
When the gall bladder is removed, the supply tube from the liver is attached directly to the supply to the intestine, bypassing the missing bladder. At the base of the tube the valve is left intact and continues to control the supply of bile, directly from the liver.
Rarely does it create a noticeable difference in digestion. Some folks may need to reduce fat intake.
I never did.
