Clindamycin for MRSA Staph and replacing good bacteria?!

Question: My 9 month old son has an MRSA Staph infection. They have him on clindamycin. He has a slight case of diarrea and I've been giving him yogurt to help with this. Anyway, are there any other foods which have 'good bacteria' that I can give to him?

Acidophilus is a probotic that will help with that which is usually what is in yogurt. U can also do this as a supplement. Any health stores carry different forms which can be added to his food. May cut back on milk if possible, maybe switch to a soy till the diarrhea calms down. hope this is helpful.
