My co-workers smells like he never bathes, How should I tell him?!

Question: If your co-worker is a good friend of yours outside of work, I would suggest to him that he may have a health problem because you (and others) have noticed a "distinct" odor he has. Tell him some people have excessive body odor and need to find out why. This will give him the hint without hurting his feelings. If your just co-workers, I'd tell my boss or go to Human Resources and tell them all of you can't stand being around it, let them handle it.

You don't. Tell your HR department or boss, and let them handle the unpleasant task of speaking with your coworker.

Yeah you should...well unless it is me that smells lol.

You should ask him what would he do if he knew a guy who smells then tell him what he told you if it is good advice of course. But of course you should tell him better you than someone who might hurt his feelings.

A supervisor needs to tell him.

bastard u stink j/k buy some cologne

All your colleagues who suffer coz of that, collect money & buy him a gift- deodorant!
Hope it helps.

It's not your responsibility. Tell the Office Administrator, to talk to your co-worker.

IF he smells like rotting fish, he may have Trimethylaminuria which is a body odor disorder that cannot be helped. But if you think it is an odor from just not bathing, please ask your boss or office manager about what to do. You could leave a nice note on his desk to read privately also.

Send him a typed letter.
