Whos else suffers from keratosis pilaris??!

Question: I've had it basically all my life and i hate it, i know they say its not curable but i know of people who had it and then it went away. did you have it and used something that made it go away or reduce it alot?? please help!!

Had it until 6 months ago. I started taking fish oil (omega 3 ) and it faded the same month. Previous to this i had tried every lotion out there, and hated them all. I would reccommend this 100%!!

Try a lufa mit in the shower and vaseline brand makes a new cocoa oil that is amazing. Use it on the areas every day (it never goes away fully) but it helps.
