Are Children to exposed to things today?!

Question: Children are exposed to more things today then years ago for a few reasons ...
-some people don't get their children immunized for religous, health or personal reasons so the diseases known as "childhood" diseases (measles, mumps, chicken pox) are still out there and always will be
-the initial scare of small pox (many years ago) has gone from the memory of most adults now and those immunized are getting so old that they may have lost their immunity and so cases of small pox are starting to resurface
-new childhood illnesses have been discovered in the last 20-30 years (Fifth's disease, etc)
-children spend more time in day care than they did 20-30 years ago so they are exposed to more illnesses (especially since mom and dad don't want to take a day off of work when their child is sick so they send them to day care when they should be staying home)
- bacterias and viruses have mutated so there are more out there then there use to be
-because of migration and traveling, illnesses that use to be confined to only certain areas of the world have become more widespread
-because todays children are less active and more obese than the children of 30 40 years ago, there is a greater percentage of health problems in our youth (diabetes, etc)

no

Hell yes. In fact, some evidence seems to indicate that the rising numbers of asthma cases in children has to do with kids getting hit with endless viruses that they pick up in school. People never lived in the crowded conditions they do today.

no idea
