Sinus drainage?!
Question: I've had constant sinus drainage down the back of my throat for about a month now. I'm not congested, it's not discolored or anything....just clear mucus. It's really annoying-- I constantly feel it there and it makes my mouth feel pastey.
My doctor told me to try Mucinex and to use nasal spray. This helps from keeping me congested....but the drainage is still there. What can I do??

Buy some BRAGGS apple cider vinegar at the grocery store. Put 1 TB in a cup of hot water with some honey to sweeten. It will cut the drainage in your throat. A soothing drink to use at any time . CHEAPER TOO.
I recommend a Neti pot. It's a pitcher designed to pour water through the sinuses. It helps get all the garbage out at once without making you sick.
i have post nasal drip all the time. the best thing my doctor ever recommended is called an AYR Sinus Rinse Kit. It's basically bottle that you fill with warm water and put prepacked salt into the water. then you tilt your head and squirt it into both nostrils. it cleans everything out of there. you can get it at any pharmacy store and it only costs $10.00 for like 50 packs of salt and the bottle.
