How to prevent sweaty hands and feet?!
Question: my palms and my feet sweat a lot! at church, job interviews, playing guitar, computer! ahh!! idk what to do...i have a anti perspirant deodorant....and tried it but it itches! and kinda burns!....and plus when u wash ur hands it's gonna come off! what can i do? it is so embarassing....do you think it's just because i'm nervous? bec. someone told me they used to have it....so yeah...i do get overly nervous....but i don't understand why it sweats using the computer? lol maybe i'm worrying too much....idk bec. it doesn't seem like it
