Question: My blood sugar was high but I corrected it and then kinda fainted in the car. My blood sugar was down by then.(it was 279) but when I corrected it it was higher.

I have fainted most all my life.. and it is scary..
but only if I don't keep my blood sugar up.. I am hypoglycemic.. and have low iron.
but never have had to be treated.. with meds
I just keep something sweet handy where ever I go.. or orange juice is good..

most of the time fainting is caused by low blood pressure i dont think that is was blood sugar
It is possible to over correct.
Just keep on testing.
