I have a friend who is HIV positive, and he spends about $1800/ mo. on meds. Plus they have awful side effects. I wouldn't put it past someone trying to get an edge on their illegal products, but I doubt it would be a long term trend. It will just be like embalming fluid pot.

I doubt it. Those meds are really expensive. They can run several thousand dollars a month. I can't imagine them being very available for street usage.
