I occasionally get raised bumps on my legs, arms and face. What are they?!

Question: I thought at first they were bug bites because they looked like mosqito bites. But they only itched minimally and I only got them at night in bed, and my husband never got any. A few weeks ago, I was putting on my makeup, and one appeared on my face while I was putting makeup on. This morning, one appeared on my arm while I was in the shower. It's a red area; right in the middle of it is an indention like I pressed my fingernail into my skin. The one-inch diameter area is also numb. I have not changed makeup, laundry detergent, other cleaning products, my diet or anything else major lately. Should I be worried?

might be adult acne, put camomile lotion on at night and even take antihistamine. I put neosporin on in the morning .or Wash face daily with Cetaphil.
try visiting a dermatogist near more precise prescription

I get these also there very itchy.. i think they are like infected or ingrown hair follicles or maybe something to do with the pore being cloged.

Ingrown hair.
