What is this rash on my neck?!
Question: About once a year, I get a rash on my neck. It is very similar to poison ivy, however, to my knowledge it is not.
The time I get the rash is completely random. The right side of my neck just breaks out. It happened over night last Monday. Sunday I didn't have the rash and then it just appeared.
The rash is itchy and is easily annoyed. It is slightly sore when it is touched.
After a few days the rash will go away but during the few days it gets extremely dried out.
Any ideas?

Have you been stressed lately? It could happen because of stress. Either that or some sort of allergic reaction to something. I suggest when it happens asking a doctor about it.
If nothing else, you can always try wikipedia. :P

MAYBE ITS ALLERGIES ANYTHING NEW AROUND YOU LATELY, SUCH AS LAUNDRY SOAP, ANIMALS
if it is itchy, red and dry it may be eczema try some baby oil or hydrocortisone cream it may help.
