Can you have a Heart Attack and noy know it?!

Question: Marry me and you will never have a heart attack again!

Answers: Marry me and you will never have a heart attack again!

yes

Yes and a stroke and a seizure too.

Yes, you can. If you think you have, see your doctor right away.

Yep. If you are having chest pains and tingling in your arm and jaw for an extended period of time (few hours) you should go to the emergency room.

If you dont you could end up damaging the tissue and muscle around your heart.

Absolutely. Not everyone has the "classic symptoms" of numbness in the left arm and crushing chest pain. You can also have a stroke without realizing it. If you have any suspicions that you may have had a heart attack you should go to the doctor ASAP. Odds are strong you'll have another, more severe and obvious one.

Yes. Happens to a lot of people. If you suspect you have had one or are having one - go to the doctor.

Absolutely. It happens often just to be discovered during a routine EKG.

Yes the dr. told my grandpa before he died from a massive heart attack after bypass surgery and staph infection in his heart, that he had already had 17 small ones without ever knowing it and that is why his arm was hurting him all of the time.

Please go to the dr. if you feel you are at risk of heart attacks...

Yes you can, sometimes you go numb,on your left side or right side it can be all over.Mostly when your older but there are some cases of people in there twenty's thirty and so on

Yes it can be so mild you don't know what hit you, but you probably will have some symptoms of it and feel poorly. You can also have a stroke and not know it.

You should really get to a doctor if you suspect you've had one. Probably you should be on meds, at the very least blood thinners to prevent another more serious one. You need to find out what kind of damage was done to your heart too and a cardiologist can do a stress test and run a CT scan and see how your heart is performing.

And if it's malfunctioning a simple EKG which takes 30 seconds will pick that up too.

Yup........Five years ago I had a heart cath done......the doc asked me when I had my last heart attack...I told him I never had one and he said I had because I showed dead cardiac tissue.......I never knew

Yes. The symptoms could be mistaken for indigestion or other ailments in a mild case.

yes, the first time we have chest pain we think that's just a respiratory failure

Yes, there is such a thing as a very minor heart attack.

Yes you can, but a simple blood test will confirm

yes as a matter of fact you can, that is one reason why it is sometimes called the "silent killer.", of course the other reason is that many have clogged arteries and different forms of heart disease and do not even know it.
