What is a respiratory problem that makes you?!

when your chest gets hot or cold ... eating , drinking, taking medication , or using central heat....
Also I gasp and can't breathe. I sound pitiful.
I'm on two inhalers and singular for this, but I'm still sick.
I still have a productive cough. I still gasp and cough and can't talk. I have to either whisper or tell ppl not to even talk to me.
