What can't lactose intolerant people eat?!

Question: I think I might be lactose intolerant. My stomach is flat in the morning but by the end of the day its bloated. Lately I have been having really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea after I eat. If I'm lactose intolerant what can't I eat? Thanks
