Question: Can going from really hot bath (getting your heart rate really high) to icy cold bath (lowering your heart rate quickly) cause your heart to stop, and kill you?

If your heart is healthy and you have no heart disease the answer is no. In fact the cold stress will probably cause your heart rate to increase if anything and your blood pressure might go up to some degree too.
I,m a heart patient. when its too cold out side ,i am frighten to leave house because walking in cold especially in freezing weather give me angina. i had sever angina march to April end up in hospital three times . i asked question to my Dr why in march every year i end up in hospital with sever angina.reason weather looks fine and sunny but after few hours by the time u return back its get cold,which out of blue give u pain.still if i sit in cold i get pain, but i don,t take risk.it can give u Fettle Heart Attack,better not to do if u r with problem heart. Dont ask for it.
