I have a cold question...?!

Question: Why am I getting dizzy after i cough? I'll cough fairly hard, and then I get really dizzy and it takes me a while to calm down. Anyone know? thanx for any answers :)

because sometimes when you cough hard you change the pressure in your ears that throws off your equilibrium and will cause you to get dizzy it can take awhile for the fluids in your ears to settle back especially during a cold
