You may not want him to die but he has to want this for himself before he will change anything. He can reduce his blood pressure by diet changes, exercise and medications; same with his gallbladder. Gallbladders can also be removed when they begin to cause problems. His fatty liver can also be improved with diet and exercise. All of these have to come from a motivation within himself to improve his health. By changing, he can add years to his life. Encourage him to start on a diet, eat healthy foods and begin an exercise program. He will be amazed how much better he can feel in only a couple of months.
