Wat does urine bacteria mean?!
Question: cauze i have that
Answers: cauze i have that
Bacteria (nitrites) show up in urinalysis when the patient has a urinary tract infection. However, it could also show up on your urine test because you did not wipe the urinary opening with the disinfectant wipe they gave you OR the specimen cup wasn't sterile. What did your doctor tell you? Pain, itching, urgency, and fever are all signs of a true urinary tract infection.
It usually means you have a urinary tract infection but white blood cells also need to be present in the urine in order to be classified as such. Antibiotics will then clear it up.
If you have an unhealthy level of bacteria you could have a uti (infection)
It means you have a bladder or kidney infection. Make sure you are drinking plenty of plain water every day. That really helps to make sure your bladder and kidneys stay healthy. Your doctor will probably put you on an antibiotic to clear it up and then it's up to you to make sure you stay healthy.
