well, quiting shop make that stuff slowly go away. so perhaps you have a cold. Just spit up that yellow hard stuff when you brush your teeth, and you'll be all good dude
mucinex... cough dont hold it in like most people and gurgel salt water.
i thought u were instantly suppost to feel better when u quit? at least thats what ive heard. i think ill just keep smokin it up thanku
Yeah that happens to me when I go a couple days with a cigarette, I just start smoking again. The reason I usually stop any way is because I run out and I'm too busy to get more right away.
Try Mucinex. It will help you bring it up and clear it out. Drink lot of water. It's a good thing, your lungs are cleaning themselves out. How long it takes depends on how long and how much you smoked.
time, I quit awhile back and it takes a couple of months to really get over all the lung butter build up
Do that special favor for your wife each night before bed. Works wonders for many ailments....LOL
Just let it run its course. Good for you. That was not an easy thing to do. I know I will get many thumbs down for congratulating someone for quitting smoking. Kind of strange, but people don't like smokers crossing to the other side. I was a smoker for 20+ years. The mucus in your lungs will clear, probably in a couple of weeks. Keep it up, and don't give back in. Get used to the freedom of being a non smoker.
Give it time....your body is trying to heal from the abuse you have given it...and good luck.
I hope not cold turkey I haven't had a cigarette in 21/2 weeks the night sweats nasal congestion and as you mentioned the mucus all sucks no matter how many times I brush my teeth they still feel grungy and I feel like I am going to die any day now I am starting to have really bad stomach pain so I hope you are using a patch of some sort the best answer I could give is try mucanex
Spit!
