Can't one drink fruit juice or milk?
How about soy milk and vegetable juices like carrot or tomato juice...

Hot drinks like herbal tisanes made from peppermint, etc. can be chilled and iced. Just check carefully that they are decaf. Celestial Seasonings makes lots of different ones that I have enjoyed and they're readily available.

Orange juice, tomato juice, and pineapple juice.
Hey dude, check with your vet first.

Best thing to do, is remember to cool your head before drinking.

I recommend shaving your head bald. Then pour cold icy water on your head. Then proceed to drink.

My poor departed husband had that problem.
It was due to a lack of love .

I think wearing too many barrettes in your hair caused this. Just drink some potato juice. It'll flush your gases out and you'll feel as right as rain.

i have no clue what that is but if you can't have caffeine or high sugar levels in candy.....my advice is probably the three best drinks they have ever made that i've tried that IS INFACT HEALTHY! drink Propel (kiwi strawberry is the best) and Vitamin Water. obviously, the second one has lots of vitamins...if it didn't i don't think it'd be called vitamin water. oh there's also "Fuze" that's pretty good too. caffine has the opposite effect on me...ADHD, it sucks...but i still drink soda.. but anyways. there are numerous flavors in all three drinks. i sometimes steal some little packets of crystal light pink lemonade from my sisters...that's good too. i hope you do well...if you need to be on a healthy diet you should defintely involve the drinks i listed above.
