Has anyone ever heard of your throat closing when drinking beer, wine or champag!
Question: Maybe look into allergies to histamines & gluten. My boyfriend drank a lot when he was younger, then he started having the same symptoms as he got older, but also including chocolate. That was the histamines, he thought, but we had him try a new beer, "Red Bridge," which is made from sorghum & not anything with gluten, and it tasted good & didn't hurt him at all.
