Are frequent showers bad for your skin?!
Question: Pretty much.
The more you wash your hair/skin, the more oil your body will produce as well, trying to compensate.
With your hair in particular, that will lead to greasy roots with dried out ends, since your body is pumping out oil as fast as possible while you strip it out.
Of course, infrequent showering isn't so nice either.
You want a balanced approach. It also depends on the weather, where I live it tends to get very dry in the winter, so you want to be more careful then.
