Accutane questions.?!

Question: i am going to the dermotologist this thursday to be put on accutane. i was on it once before and it cleared up my skin for a couple of years and now its coming back. its not that bad but i get breakouts everywhere. small little pimples nothing like cysts. i get them on my back and chest too. and lately a little on my neck. i was wondering if the doctor can put me on a light dose of it...like take it twice a week so my skin doesnt dry out that much. i have a new job where im with customers all day and it would be embarrasing to have dry flaky skin in front of them. if any of you are on accutane what kind of face washes and lotions do you use to calm the side effects?

my daughter was on accutane and she used cetaphil non-soap cleanser(generic brand equate from walmart worked just as well) and neutrogena oil free moisturizer with spf 15. i bought her several bottles at a time so she could keep one with her at all times to reapply during the day at work and school.

I used to have really bad acne and was prescribed accutane. I cannot remember the exact dosage I was taking at first but it turned out to be too much for me to take because I would have severe aches and pains whenever I tried to be active or run. So I was prescribed a lower dosage. I had to stay on the medication longer but it still got the job done. I'm not sure tho taking only a few pills a week will be effective enough, but I'm no dermatologist.
