Having a lump on your testical is never normal. There could be many different things causing the lump, but it's still best to have it checked out by a doctor. If it's a tumor then it needs serious medical attention, because it could be cancerous. At the moment I can't think of any sexually transmitted diseases that could cause a lump on it though.
It can also be a cyst. Or a tumor. Or a giant zit.
Only way to find out is to go to the doctor and have them check it out.
i would go and get it checked out. a surprising number of young healthy men get testicular cancer. it may only be a cyst but check it out anyway. also if you use condoms you would be protected against STD's. use them for yourself and your partner.
hpv could cause lumps as well as herpes but if u don't have any symptoms of those then its most likely not that. could be ingrown hairs, cysts, boils or pimples. if your really worried get it checked out at the doctors.
