Not illegal, BUT very FOOLISH!

Yes, if you don't tell them.

As long as you tell them and they're okay with it, it's not illegal.

No, I do not believe it is illegal, but it happens.

I really hope this is a curiosity type question. It is not illegal but you would be one sick person to even contemplate doing that to another person.Keep your pants on!

Its not illegal, but doing that deliberately to someone would make you a very sick person.

YES it is!!! you can get jail time for that! there are some who already have!

Very good question? I know that it differs in many states. In Calif. if an inmate in prison, deliberately uses their HIV/AIDS positive bodily fluids as a weapon it is a crime! Weapon you ask...yes throwing bodily fluids at staff, to cause bodily injury via serous infection, is a serous crime. Don't know if it is a crime on the streets, will have to reseach this and find out for myself...good luck!

It's not illegal, but it would be messed up if you had it and not tell your partner about it.

YES it is illegal. It's a felony, actually.

In most states not diclosing HIV status to a sexual partner is illegal. Sex itself, with disclosure, is usually not.

hell yeah it is !
It like murder..or attempted murder...or grevious/actual bodily harm...

u know what i think it is

YES IT IS ILLEGAL. There was a case in Aust recently where an african refugee knowing he had HIV/AIDS and had sex with australian women, i think 2 women were infected and there was a massive law suit. I cant think of the correct legal terminoligy but it has something to do with malicously causing harm with intent...

Of course it's illegal.

Read the news and see what they're punishment is.
