Is it possible to have and eating disorder without knowing?!


Question: I recently started eating breakfast in the mornings and smaller meals but still I only eat like three times a day. I started losing weight because of this. But recently I also noticed that at night I will get hungry but I just ignore it and go to bed or do what I'm doing and wait to eat the next morning at breakfast. Is it possible that I may be becoming anorexic or something without realizing it.

No, anorexia is refusing to eat any food and then exercising to the point of exhaustion. By eating several meals a day, you continually stoke the furnace (your metabolism) and cause your body to burn more calories this way. Breakfast should be your most important meal of the day.

yes, it is. Most people who have issues dont acknowledge that they have them. It's denial.
